Katy Stark is a member of the MANCO team, supporting Treasury Management from Southern California. Katy brings well-rounded treasury management leadership experience within high-growth banking environments to her role. She is an entrepreneur at heart and enjoys working in nimble environments where she can effectuate change quickly and deeply.  Prior to joining FFB, Katy held the position of Head of Strategy & Execution for BMO Bank N.A. (formerly Bank of the West) where she was successful in leading product and operational teams to enhance customer experience through optimizing commercial treasury management products. Katy also held the title of Specialty Deposits Manager for Emerging Markets at East West Bank where she achieved a $430 million deposit portfolio within the first 15-months and designed end-to-end process to capture additional fee income net $500K in first year of a new vertical. Katy earned her MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and her bachelor’s degree in economics/management science from University of California San Diego. In addition, Katy is a Certified Treasury Professional under the Association for Financial Professionals.
