Report a Lost or Stolen Card
To report a lost or stolen FFB Debit Card, please sign in to your mobile banking and go to card management. Full instructions can be found on the Mobile Banking Page or contact a customer service representative during normal business hours at (559) 439-0200.
During non-banking hours and holidays, sign in to your Online Banking account and select Options, then Messages, and check the Lost or Stolen box. Or, call toll-free at (844) 202-5333, 24 hours a day.
