Ms. Schwarm began her banking career at Wells Fargo, where she worked for nine years until she earned the title of Assistant Vice President. While working at Wells Fargo, Ms. Schwarm attended the University of Southern California (USC), earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in the Entrepreneur Program. Ms. Schwarm went on to form her banking career at CitiCorp, where she held the title of Assistant Vice President, Credit Manager. While working at CitiCorp, Ms. Schwarm earned her second degree in Master of Business Administration, Corporate Finance, and Strategic Management from USC. A year after she left CitiCorp, she led risk management participation in all consumer finance mergers and acquisitions in Asia and Australia at General Electric Company. After that, Ms. Schwarm became a Consultant/Director of Client Services for KWK Management, where she identified and sourced qualified investors for the company. In recent years, Ms. Schwarm served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for American Saving Bank, one of Hawaii’s third-largest financial institutions, offering a full range of banking products distributed through 52 branches statewide. While working at American Saving Bank, Ms. Schwarm served on several boards, including Big Brothers, Big Sisters Hawaii as Chairman of the Board, and Girl Scouts Hawaii as the Treasurer. In addition, Ms. Schwarm is currently a Financial and Strategic Consultant and Coach, providing CFO services and financial and strategic consulting to businesses and banking institutions.
