Mrs. Dorland joined FFB in 2018 as Head of SBA. Her SBA career began in 2002 with US Bank. Amber has over 18 years of banking experience and throughout her career, she has fulfilled several influential roles for SBA, including Team leader, Underwriting Manager, and Credit Director.  Amber is a graduate of California State University, San Diego. Previously, she worked for Umpqua Bank, Sterling Bank, and Borrego Springs Bank. Amber is highly skilled in SBA, USDA B&I, Franchise Lending, Construction Loans, Commercial Lending, Credit Analysis, Credit Risk, and Management.
