Karen Kim specializes in multi-family lending and has spent 18 years in banking. Karen is experienced in both the Southern California and Central California markets. During her time at various institutions, she developed a keen sense of understanding credit as it relates to commercial lending. Karen has a strong diversified background in commercial lending which includes underwriting and portfolio management. In addition, Karen is also responsible for developing new programs that are suited to the ever-changing marketplace. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with an Economics degree.
