Robert L. Reed

EVP, Chief Credit Officer

Mr. Reed joined FFB in December 2008. He has over 25 years of experience in commercial lending and credit management. He is a 1987 graduate of Virginia Tech and earned his MBA from George Mason University in 1991. He started his banking career with community banks in the Washington, DC metropolitan area before moving to Colorado in 2000. In Colorado, Mr. Reed was Senior Lending Officer for The Gunnison Bank and Trust Company. He then moved to California in 2004 where he was Chief Credit Officer for Community Banks of Northern California. Mr. Reed’s experience includes setting and managing credit policies as well as directives for a variety of credit products and services including SBA, agriculture, asset-based, commercial real estate, construction, and mortgage lending.
